Moving from a state of doing into a state of being
Eddie Stern is a world renowned yoga teacher & practitioner, author, and lecturer based in NYC. You can find more on him here. I met Eddie a few years ago, totally not within the yoga realm (it was very New York) and feel extremely lucky to call him a friend. He is also the biggest Bowie nerd I know and to me that matters! I admire his point of view and how he strives to make yoga digestible and accessible for all. We are teaching together at the legendary Broome Street Temple, next Friday, 01/27 at 6:30p.
My sweet Michael Simpson & I will be co-teaching together! Michael is a respected and incredibly refined teacher in the Powerflow Yoga community ~ he is well-versed in anatomy & physiology and has a gorgeous mind. Not to mention - he’s gorgeous! Men who yoga, makes sense to me. A spring equinox masterclass is on the horizon full of heavy pranayama, twists, juicy restorative, yoga nidra & meditation. Keep an eye out for sign up on the powerflow schedule, mid March!
Last call for registry on our January edition of Moon Tings at Live the Process in Tribeca. A few spots left for a quick practice followed by a bite & mingle with friends, all included! Moonflower is a natural wine & psychedelic haven located in the West Village, owned & operated by my dear friends Rebecca & Rowen! You can read about them here, as well as here in the NY TIMES! They are also the chef & artist duo behind Jersey City’s coveted Frankie.

Gratitude to my community! You all keep this little train on the tracks. Practicing self-study is still the best way to notice how you’re measuring up, what your blind spots are, and how you can become a sphere of influence so as to become aware that you are not alone, but rather a part of. And when you’re good, you play well with others!
